When my computer stopped booting up, I was in a panic. It was a Sunday afternoon and I couldn't get anybody to pick up the phone. I looked in the phonebook and stumbled across Tarpon's ad. They picked up on the first ring, and had a technician over within an hour. I thought the thing was going to cost me a fortune, when the guy told me how much it was going to cost to fix, I was wary, sounded to good to be true. I got my computer back the next day, and I have to admit, the thing has never worked better. Even better, the technician took the time to explain what they did, and what I could do to keep the PC running well.
That was the best service I've ever received from a computer repair company.
